1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the ClientTrace software (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "Software"), which is provided through the website https://www.client-trace.com.

By using the Platform, You agree to comply with these Terms. If You do not agree with any part of these Terms, You may not access or use the Platform.

2. Definitions

To ensure clarity, the following terms are used throughout these Terms:

User – an individual or entity using ClientTrace.
Platform – the ClientTrace software, available exclusively for Windows OS.
Search Query – keywords entered by the User to locate relevant messages.
Results – messages retrieved from Telegram based on the User's Search Query.
Subscription – the pricing plans available for using the Software.
Prohibited Use – any activity that violates applicable laws or the Terms.

3. Service Description

ClientTrace is a Windows-based software that allows users to search messages in Telegram chats and groups in real-time based on keywords. The Software is designed to help users find potential clients who publicly request help or services.

ClientTrace does not store, own, or control any content retrieved from Telegram. The Software merely provides a search function for publicly available messages. ClientTrace does not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy, legality, or availability of any content displayed within the application. Users acknowledge that all data belongs to Telegram and its respective users.

Any use of ClientTrace for illegal or unauthorized purposes, including but not limited to data storage, surveillance, or mass data extraction, is strictly prohibited. Users are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws while using the Software.

4. Geographic Restrictions

Users from sanctioned countries, regions experiencing political instability, or countries where Telegram is officially banned by government authorities are strictly prohibited from using ClientTrace. This includes, but is not limited to, Russia, North Korea, Iran, Syria, and other jurisdictions under international sanctions. Any attempt to circumvent this restriction via VPN, proxy servers, or other anonymization tools constitutes a violation of these Terms and may result in an immediate account ban without a refund.

5. Registration & Data Collection

Users purchase access through our landing page, which redirects them to Stripe for payment processing.

The only data we collect is the user's email address (for sending program access) and anonymized internal error reports.
We do not have direct access to users' payment details, as all transactions are processed by Stripe.

6. Subscription & Payment

ClientTrace offers the following plans:

Free Plan – Market analysis for potential clients in Telegram communities: €0
Lifetime Plan – One-time payment for freelancers and small businesses: €99
Enterprise Plan – Subscription for businesses with large teams: €270/month

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if the User has not started using the Software within 14 days of purchase.
Once the program has been used, no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
Enterprise Plan renews automatically unless canceled before the next billing cycle.

To cancel a monthly subscription, the User must contact support with a cancellation request at least 3 business days before the next payment date.

8. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Using ClientTrace for illegal activities or unauthorized data collection.
Engaging in spam, fraud, or misleading advertising.
Storing, extracting, or redistributing data retrieved from Telegram.
Using the Software for mass surveillance or violating privacy laws.
Reselling, modifying, or distributing ClientTrace without permission.
Circumventing access restrictions via VPN, proxies, or similar tools.

Violations may result in an immediate ban and legal consequences.

9. Intellectual Property & Restrictions

ClientTrace is proprietary software.
Users are prohibited from modifying, reverse-engineering, or decompiling the Software.
Any attempt to bypass security mechanisms or distribute unauthorized copies is strictly forbidden.

10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

ClientTrace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific search results.
ClientTrace is not responsible for any actions Users take based on search results.
ClientTrace relies on third-party services (Telegram) to function. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, continued compatibility, or future updates. If Telegram modifies its platform in a way that prevents ClientTrace from operating, we bear no responsibility and are under no obligation to provide refunds or alternative solutions.
ClientTrace is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, resulting from use or inability to use the Software.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.
